I came across this the other day and loved it. 
It’s so true if your missing workouts or not counting a little treat into your macros well your only cheating yourself 🤷🏼‍♀️ the only way you will see results is if you work hard and eat well if it was easy and happen overnight everyone would be doing it! 
It takes time and hard work but you will get there.

The squat is one of the big lift and if you wanna become more athletic while decreasing injuries on the field or court or u want bigger n stronger legs like me 🤣🤣 the only solution is you should include squat at the core of a training programme.

its a full body compound exercise involves many muscles, always do with maximum safety.

The number of times I’ve stood in front of the mirror and just cried, hating myself with such passion, it makes me so sad! I felt useless and like I was never going to get anywhere. So it’s the best feeling to start to see change and begin to like what I see 😭😭



You have to live in your body for the REST of your life.. and YOU have the option to choose how you do that!  so every day be determined to work on yourself because YOU will always be your biggest investment
