You decide what you want or Don't want. Stand by yourself and your decision. Even if it's not easy and if you have to do something for it.

Never let anyone tell you what you can and can't. Do your thing, hustle hard, never give up and remember YOU CAN DO IT.

I AM NOT BETTER THAN YOU.  I'm just always consistent, even if I'm tired.

Whenever you feel like giving up 'Think of all the people that would love to see you FAIL'.

SOME DAYS IT'S NOT ABOUT HEALTH OR BUILDING MUSCLE. "IT'S JUST THERAPY".
